Cute DIY Bows

Being around young children as often as I am, I always see little girls with the cutest bows in their hair and more than once I’ve looked at them and wondered, “How in the world do you make those?” Luckily there are tutorials like the three-step one below on how exactly to make one!

This tutorial is easy enough for anyone to try, I’m sure even Dad could whip one up! The materials are extremely inexpensive, especially if you just go to get the small amount of ribbon cut up at a craft store. For less than $2 (maybe even less than $1 depending on how much ribbon and what kind you get) there are so many cute bows you can make! And even better? The process takes maybe 5 minutes tops. The more you make the faster you’ll get.

Following the three steps outlined below, you can make a little girl you know happy by creating her a bow that is unique and completely her very own. Forget going out and buying any! These bows are adorable by themselves, but they’d also be really cute attached to a headband or with a pin to be worn on a t-shirt. Like many of the DIY projects featured here, you can make everything your own and the options are endless.

The next time you see a young girl with a big fluffy bow in her hair, you won’t have to wonder how to make it (and maybe you’ll be able to pass on the magic of the project, too!)
