Being around young children as often as I am, I always see little girls with the cutest bows in their hair and more than once I’ve looked at them and wondered, “How in the world do you make those?” Luckily there are tutorials like the three-step one below on how exactly to make one!

The materials are extremely inexpensive, especially if you just go to get the small amount of ribbon cut up at a craft store.
